Tagging your Checklist Items

Tags serve to distinguish checklist items meant for different teams. The default tag for checklist items is Legal with options available for various other teams (Security, Data Privacy, Finance).

To use Tags:

1. Navigate to the Edit Playbook menu and select on a Checklist Item. From there, you will see a Tags dropdown with Legal selected by default. You may select or remove Tags as necessary.

2. When you run Review, items will appear sorted by Tag. You may open or close each drawer to view the items within. Items that have more than one Tag will appear in each of the respective drawers.

3. Issue Lists generated in the Reports feature are now grouped based on the tagged checklist items.

4. You may select specific Tags in the Reports settings page to generate an Issues List that only contains the selected Tag(s).
