Follow these steps to get up and running with a new automatically generated Playbook.
Open Ivo in Microsoft Word, then on the welcome screen click Create Playbook.
On the Create Playbook screen, give your new Playbook a name. To automatically generate parties, click Generate from document. This feature will use your current document to determine the party names. Alternatively you can also input your own party titles for the playbook.
Note: The party titles that are set up in the playbook will be placeholders for the actual party titles of the contract that you're using your setup playbook with.
You can now generate Clauses and Checklists by clicking their respective Generate from document buttons.
Clauses and Checklist Items will then be generated for you as a Playbook starting point.
