You can clone a Playbook in one of two ways:
Web portal
Go to the Playbooks page in the Ivo Web Portal.
Click the three dot menu on a Playbook, and click Clone.
Word Add-in
Open Ivo in Microsoft Word and select the Playbook that you would like to clone.
Once selected, click on the three dot menu in the footer and select Edit Playbook.
Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Playbook page and click Clone Playbook.
You can now use the cloned Playbook that includes the Checklist and Clause Library items of the initial Playbook.
