To generate an Issues List, first open Review and click on Analyze Document.

Once the document has finished being analyzed, click back from the Checklist and click on the Export Issues List feature, which should no longer be grayed out.

You can continue using Ivo while the Issues List is being generated. Once the Issues List has generated, you can then click on Open to open the new Issues List document. ​

The Issues List will open in a new Microsoft Word window. Save your Issues List to a location of your choice.

2. Once the document has finished being analyzed, click back from the Checklist and click on the Export Issues List feature, which should no longer be grayed out.
 

3. You can continue using Ivo while the Issues List is being generated. Once the Issues List has generated, you can then click on Open to open the new Issues List document. ​
