Running Against Ivo Flags in Review 2.0

Ivo Flags are risk signals surfaced during a contract review that fall outside the scope of your playbook. They highlight items Ivo considers generally unfavorable to your party or non-market standard.

Ivo Flags can be run alongside a playbook, benchmarks, or on their own.

To run a review with Ivo Flags:

  1. Open the Ivo add-in and click Review 2.0

  2. Under Review Method, ensure Risk Flags is selected (you can also run this alongside Playbooks and Benchmarks)

  3. Choose Standard Review (full document) or Redline Review (counterparty redlines only)

  4. Click Continue to Deal Context

  5. Optionally, add Deal Context to help Ivo focus its flags on what matters for this agreement (e.g. "This is an AI vendor, pay special attention to IP provisions")

  6. Click Run Review

Once the review has run, Ivo Flags can be identified by a blue "Ivo Flags" label.
