What is Ivo Flow?

Ivo Flow is a workflow automation and integration platform built into Ivo. It lets your team connect Ivo to the external tools you already use (document management systems, e-signature, cloud storage, email, and messaging) and automate multi-step processes around your contracts.
With Flow, you can:

Connect integrations | Connect integrations such as DocuSign, Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox, SFTP, and email, so workflows can upload contracts, run reviews, and update metadata in your workspace. |
Build workflows | Build workflows that chain integration steps together, for example, syncing a SharePoint folder into an Ivo room, or uploading email attachments to a room automatically. |
Trigger workflows in several ways | On a schedule, when an event occurs in a connected tool (a file changes, an email arrives, a Slack message is received, a DocuSign envelope is updated), via webhook, or manually. |
Start from templates | Start from templates for common patterns, such as syncing a Google Drive folder to a room. |
