Opening Ivo in Google Docs

Once Ivo has been installed as an add-on in your Google Docs account, you can open it in any Google Doc. If you are opening a Microsoft Word .docx file, you must first save it as a Google Doc before using Ivo.

How to open Ivo in Google Docs:

1. Open a Google Doc.

2. Click Extensions, Ivo then Start Ivo.
   ​

   

3. Click Sign in with Google to log into your Ivo account.

   

4. You're now ready to choose a Playbook and start using Ivo's features.
