How to get a new invitation link when your Ivo onboarding link has expired

Ivo invitation links are valid for 5 days from when they are sent. If your invitation link has expired and you need to set up your account, you can request a new one from our support team.
Option A: Contact Your Ivo Admin
Reach out to your Ivo Admin and let them know you no longer have access because your invitation link has expired.
They can follow the steps outlined here to generate and send you a new invitation link.
Option B: How to request a new invitation link
To get a fresh invitation link, simply contact our support team by:
Replying to the original invitation email
Emailing support@ivo.ai
Reaching out through your designated Customer Success Manager if you have one
In your message, let us know that your invitation link has expired and you need a new one to set up your account. Our team will promptly resend the onboarding email with a fresh link.
What to expect
Once you contact support:
You'll receive a new onboarding email with an updated invitation link
The new link will be valid for another 5 days
If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder
After receiving your new invitation link, you can proceed with setting up your Ivo account and installing the Microsoft Word add-in by following the instructions in the email.
