The full text content of the contract, captured when the document is processed. Toggling the Body column on shows an empty column, as it is not meant for display. It works with filters: when you filter or search on Body, matching contracts are returned and a snippet centered on the matching passage is shown so you can see the match in context.

Derived from Ivo's automatic contract grouping. Similar contracts are clustered together and each group is assigned a template label (e.g. "NDA", "MSA", "Services Agreement"). This label is shared by all contracts in the group.

Indicates whether the contract is based on your organization's own template (your paper) rather than the counterparty's. Determined at the template-group level during automatic contract grouping.

Yes/No

Automatically set to Yes when another document in the repository has been linked as an amendment or modification of this contract.
