Creating Snippets

Snippets are a useful way to save commonly used text and quickly insert it into AI fields. This helps keep your prompts consistent and saves time when building reusable workflows. Snippets are available as part of the Intelligence subscription. To create a snippet, you must have Owner or Admin permissions.
To create a new snippet:
Go to Settings.
Open Company Profile and select Snippets.
Click + New Snippet.
Enter a name for the snippet and add the text you want to save.
Click Save.
Once saved, the snippet will be available for use in supported fields.
How to Use a Snippet in an AI Field
After creating your snippet, you can add it to an AI field by following these steps:
Go to the Repository.
Select AI Fields.
Create a new field or open an existing one for editing.
In the prompt, add any text you want before or after the snippet.
Type @ to bring up your saved snippets, then select the one you want to insert.
Save the field.
Final Step: Enable the Field in Your View
After the AI field is created, make sure it is enabled in your view. Once enabled, the new field will appear and be available for use.
