Using Assistant to Generate Analytics Reports

Assistant can access your workspace analytics and generate custom usage reports based on the data available to you. Rather than navigating through the Analytics page manually, you can ask Assistant questions in plain language and get tailored reports instantly.


Who can use this feature

Access to analytics via Assistant is governed by your existing workspace permissions. You can only query data you already have access to based on your role.


How to generate an analytics report

  1. Navigate to Assistant in the Ivo web app.

  2. Type a question or request related to your workspace analytics. For example:

    • "How many contracts were reviewed last month?"

    • "Who are the top users by number of reviews run?"

    • "Show me a breakdown of review activity over the last 30 days."

  3. Assistant will query the available analytics data and return a report based on your request.


Discovering available metrics

Not sure what data is available? You can ask Assistant directly:

  • "What analytics data do you have access to?"

  • "What metrics can you show me?"

Assistant will list the metrics it can report on based on your permissions.


Tips for getting the best results

  • Be specific about the time period you want to cover, for example "last 30 days" or "this quarter."

  • If you want data broken down by user, team, or contract type, include that in your request.

  • You can follow up with additional questions to refine or expand a report in the same conversation.
