Setting Up SSO with Okta

Ivo supports Single Sign-On via SAML 2.0, allowing you to manage access using Okta.

Create a SAML application in Okta using the following settings and by following the instructions below:

ACS URL (Single Sign On URL)

https://app.ivo.ai/__/auth/handler

Name ID Format

EmailAddress (urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:emailAddress)

Okta SSO instructions

  1. Open the okta dashboard https://login.okta.com/ 

  2. Navigate to Applications -> Applications

  3. Click Create App Integration and select SAML 2.0

  4. General Settings:

    1. Enter Ivo as the App name. 

    2. Click Next

  5. Enter the provided Single sign-on URL and SP Entity ID into the corresponding fields

  1. Click Next

  1. Select “This is an internal app that we have created” then Finish

  2. Navigate to the Sign On tab of your new application and copy the Metadata URL (this may take time to populate)
