Notifications

Collaborate keeps everyone on a deal informed through a combination of email and in-app notifications. Notifications are triggered by issue assignments, comments, mentions, and key status changes.

Email notifications

You will receive an email notification when:

• An issue is assigned to you.

• A comment is left on an issue assigned to you.

• You are explicitly mentioned in an issue comment or discussion.

• All issues in a Matter are resolved and the agreement is ready for signature — this goes to the Matter Owner.

• A contract passes AI Review with no issues found and is ready for signature.

Emails sent from Collaborate during intake are sent from an Ivo address with you copied. All replies from the counterparty will come back to you directly.

In-app notifications

You will receive an in-app notification when:

• An action is assigned to you.

• You are mentioned in a comment or discussion.

• All issues in a Matter are resolved — this goes to the Matter Owner.

Slack

Collaborate supports Slack for intake and notifications. Contact your Ivo admin or your Ivo contact to set this up for your workspace.

Mobile

Collaborate is accessible on mobile browsers. You can read issues and Settle, Counter, or Escalate them from a mobile browser.

Notes

• Issue-comment notifications go to the assigned reviewer. Other people are only notified if they are explicitly mentioned.

• Mentioning someone in a comment who is not already in the Matter automatically adds them as a Matter Viewer and they will receive notifications going forward.

• The Matter Owner receives both email and in-app notifications when all issues are resolved.
